By accessing and using the Promar Print website (promarprint.ca), you accept and agree to be bound by these terms of service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website.

2. Products and Services

Promar Print provides custom award engraving services. Product images on our website are for illustration purposes and may vary slightly from the final product. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product without prior notice.

3. Orders and Pricing

• All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated
• Prices are subject to change without notice prior to order confirmation
• We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, product availability, or suspected fraud
• Custom engraved items are made to order and may not be eligible for return

4. Proof Approval

For custom engraving orders, a digital proof will be provided for your approval before production begins. Once you approve the proof, Promar Print is not responsible for errors in the approved design. Please review all proofs carefully.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Estimated delivery times are provided as guidelines and are not guaranteed. Promar Print is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier.

6. Returns and Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products, returns are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and designs — is the property of Promar Print and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Promar Print shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product or service in question.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
